Goddess of Light

Her name is Rainny. She can control the light spectrum. Her tail  contains a very powerful object. If wished on it, a life can be brought back from the dead. She loves gold, and will grant you wishes if you give her some. Her staff (folded in right now) can cut through the darkest of shadows, and glows a bright light if activated. She was born dead, but was given life from the orb. She also has a sister named Sparx. They create storms together using their tails.
